Refund policy

Please note wood is a natural product and as such has variations. Wood knots and grains will vary from item to item. Stains and paint finishes will also vary due to the variation of the wood.

Sizes of boards and signs are approximate and may vary by an inch.

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Monogrammed/personalized items
• Items damaged through normal wear and tear
• Custom items
• Made to order items

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Returnable items

I have a 30 day window for returns, please ensure the items will arrive back with me within 30 days of when you received them. Please insure and track all returns, as I can not be held responsible for items that do not arrive. All items must be returned in pristine condition. Any wear and tear or damage could result in a refund being declined. I will not reship items that have been returned and do not meet the return policies.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the return, but it may take longer for the money to reappear in your bank/CC.
