Cutting Board for Airstream Interstate 19 Touring Coach sink

We've handcrafted this beautiful cutting board from a single solid piece of wood and it fits perfectly on the sink of the Airstream Interstate 19.

The board is  12" x 14" inches, with curved corners to fit your sink and is 1/2 inch thick.

Care Instructions

Use the non engraved side of your board for cutting. Your board is made of solid wood and should not be fully submerged in water, or put in the dishwasher (when you get home). Wipe the board with hot soapy water to clean it and apply food safe board butter when ever it looks like a little tired. 

We include a 1oz tub of our own board butter with purchase of a board. Only use food grade products to protect your board. Do not use olive oil, coconut oil, or vegetable oils, as they will go rancid after some time on your board, and render it unfit for food.

FAQ

1) Can I cut on this board? - YES you can. To preserve the engraving we recommend that you cut on the opposite side to the engrave.

2) Does the board come with the vegetables and the knife? - No it does not come with either. However if you like the look of the knife we can tell you where we bought it. :-)

3) Can I buy more of that amazing board butter? - Yes we sell it separately in 4 oz cans. If you do not see it listed, because we are still settings up, drop us an email and we can get one sorted out for you.
